SHOUT TO KICKSUSA.NET: BECAUSE U DESERVE BETTER.
Supa, aka: "The Full Nelson" is a native of North Philadelphia, and a co-founder, performer and promoter for Team Wreckless Entertainment. Formerly as Supacas, he began writing lyrics in 1999 as a member of "The Lungzawar" (or Lungz of War) with Demon Link (aka: DemonEsco) and his first rap mentor Jose "Venomus Skillz" Rivera. As a lot of changes came along within his surroundings and his lyrical content, by 2002, Supa started performing on tracks with former classmate Joey Caraz, founder of The Illegal Art Network and the Official Boycott Radio Show.
That same year, Supa helped form Majin Sqwawd Productionz with his main partner Majin Leo (now known as STRUGZ) and his cousin Rob Diddy to get into the game and didn't come up short as the Majin Sqwawd's skills grow larger everyday. Supa became musically involved with another high school bud, DJ Wreckless, as part of his crew, whenever he was spinning at Sneaker Villa, Club Zero 27 (now Pinnacle), Shampoo and a whole list of clubs and parties. The skills of the Majin Sqwawd with the skills & opportunities of DJ Wreckless made an improved beginning to start off Team Wreckless Entertainment. Supa has delivered many different styles of flowing that hot fire. He can be your regular punchline rapper; and he can spit it fast; he can also do it in 'spanglish' too, as he's supported the Reggaeton Movement. All this comes along with being a lead member of TW's promo team, attempting the best ability to get the music and other events out, on the streets and the internet.
Supa & Strugz are currently completing their LONG-AWAITED "Galore Brothers" Mixtape-Album to be released in 2008. It features productions by Dezert E (formerly known as Blest); Full Volume Productions and beats by Strugz himself. Rob Diddy, Joey Caraz, Dezert E along with members of Hood Real and others are planned for guest appearances and productions. Supa will make guest spots in other TW projects for 2008: TW3 (The Volume 3 Mixtape) and the Strugz solo album. Supa's solo album, "The Full Nelson," a long-awaited document is slated for the future as well. Be on the lookout for an interview and air-play with Boycott Radio too.
Supa can be found on the Team Wreckless Mixtape: Volume 1; Volume 1 to the Time Now Mixtape; the TW Mixtape Volume TWO: Already Back!; the DJ Wreckless Mixtape Compilation Volume 1; Rob Diddy's "Competition" Mixtape: Vol.1. You can find Supa in an appearance on Joey Caraz's new mixtape. He is also featured on the mixtape album of new current Universal artist Vandoza (formerly of Mark Madness / BlackBall Productionz) on "Hood Famous 2: Philadelphia via Virginia."
Other affiliations and establisments include: collaborations and merging with Time Now Entertainment (Phire Phlames, Sirayne, Blaze Roc, Joey Caraz & Full Volume Productionz) - including an appearance in the video for "Our Year (Time Now is Here)" which was sponsored by Joe Rocket Motorcycle Gear; SAGA of Squadaz; Mz_Lynx - Philly's Rap Princess and former 100.3-The Beat's Battle Champion; Hood Real Entertainment (Krevdon, Asume, Eddie Blonko, MasterMind [RIP] and others).
With TW, Supa has participated in shows with popular Philly dance groups Muevete and Grupo Fuego; Northeast Philly Asian hip-hop group, Philly Styles; Known Records; a spectacle of artists in the 2006 Sneaker Villa Audition Concert Tour which featured Mz_Lynx, Chief Honcho, Montana Blak, HouseWife, Phene and others. Supa performed with a huge set of North Philly artists at the third annual event in March 2007 presented by the BZ Ballerz barbershop - Ragz II Richez, which included Lynx, Caraz, Flo Dot, Rockie Reyes, Scard Livin, Jess Blayze, OFS and many others. He is also featured on several articles on Norfilly.com dating back to early 2005.
In January 2008, Team Wreck started a comeback with a huge performance at Club Solo that included Dezert E & Joey Caraz. Team Wreckless performed their classic "TW Reggaeton" and their newest redition of the Philly anthem "The P.H.I." produced by Dezert E. In April 2008, Supa was nominated for Best Latin / Reggaeton Artist at the 2nd Annual Philadelphia Hip Hop Awards. Although the award went to Rocafella artist Peedi Peedi, for Supa's name to be a finalist would be an award itself. Supa plans on raising the awareness of TW and other local Latin artists. Other artists nominated in the PHHA included: Sarom (PRODUCER OF THE YEAR!!!), Gillie the Kid, Tone Trump, Reed Dollaz, Meek Millz, Freeway, Beanie Sigel, Nina Ross, Hedonis the Amazon (from VH1's Miss Rap Supreme) and more..
The tracks featured on the page will come from various mixtapes and the library from Team Wreckless Entertainment. Some of these tracks will be played on TW Entertainment projects. Usually, tracks will be changed periodically for promotional purposes. More songs are featured on the MySpace pages of Team Wreckless, Strugz and Rob Diddy; and check out beats by Dezert E. All can be found in Supa's Top Friends' List below. Supa's newest tracks will be posted up ASAP.
