Interests? Isn't this kind of similar to the "about me" section on here? Well, I'm an easily amused guy. I collect a few things, like vinyl records & music memorabilia, eclectic artwork, Converse shoes, other nerdy stuff. I like playing cards, reading, leisure time w/ friends, going to clubs to dance and hear good music, travelling (although I don't enough these days. Sometimes I watch TV.
If I could sit down & have lunch with 4 people it'd be Jon Stewart, David Bowie, Frank Oz, & my father. These are some smart people...but I'd like to meet anyone who feels that they are worth getting to know.
I own over 1700 albums so the list of "favorite artists" is really long, but I'll try: Frank Zappa, David Bowie, Pixies, Ween, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Devo, Talking Heads, Lou Reed, Tom Petty, Traveling Wilburys, Primus, PJ Harvey, They Might Be Giants, Bloodhound Gang, Rolling Stones, Tori Amos, The Ramones, Nirvana, Nine Inch Nails, Iggy Pop, Roy Orbison, Fleetwood Mac, America, Pink Floyd, Moby Grape, The B-52's, Fabulous Poodles, Mott the Hoople, The Clash, The Cure, Beastie Boys, The Cars, Mothers of Invention, The Who, Alice Cooper, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Stray Cats, The Mammas and the Pappas, The Cramps, Moby, Joe Satriani, Weezer, Spinal Tap, a lot of old-school rap & classic rock, etc. I like all that obscure crap your parents listen to, esp. the offbeat material that isn't played daily on the radio. .. width="425" height="350".. .. ....

Many others too, but the movies that I still watch over & over are: This is Spinal Tap, High Fidelity, Goonies, Mars Attacks!,Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? (b/w version), Big Fish, UHF, The Breakfast Club, Star Wars 3 4 and 5, Spaceballs, Spaceballs 2: The Search For More Money, Carrie, Still Crazy, The Usual Suspects, Fight Club, Death Race 2000, Kentucky Fried Movie, Planes Trains and Automobiles, The Neverending Story, Labyrinth, Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, Top Secret!, Splash, The Game, Clue, Falling Down, blah blah blah...
Arrested Development, My Name is Earl, The Office (US), Friends, Married... With Children, FOX's Sunday Lineup, The Daily Show, Ren and Stimpy, Turkey Television, YCDTOTV, South Park, Heroes, The Crocodile Hunter, The State, Buzzkill, Trigger Happy TV, Sketch or standup comedy, cartoons, a few others, mostly from "back in the day". I don't watch too much TV anymore. We'll miss you Steve.
Stephen King got me reading outside of the classroom when I was younger. I've read most of his work. I enjoy a good Poe story, the original master of horror. I read some non-fiction of events/ famous people that interest me. I am currently reading "Black House," & enjoying it very much.
When I was a kid I worshipped Animal from The Muppet Show. The Incredible Hulk too. Growing up, rock & roll became my hero, as well as those close to me who are a positive influence on me. They know who they are. This world could always use a few more heroes.
