I've always been lucky to combine my main interests in life with making money, and hopefully I can keep that up forever.
When I was done with High School I was already really into boarding, so I opened my own Snowboard/Skateboardstore. It did really good, but after a while I wanted to do something different, so I moved away for University to learn filmmaking and keep snowboarding.
Nowadays I live in Oslo and earn money by making movies, musicvideos and TV + teaching at workshops. I enjoy playing with all my cameras and editing suite, like a little Japaneese girl in school uniform loves to play with her Tamagotchi pet.
To stay fit, compete and have fun, I've been doing all kind of sports since I've was a little baby kickboxing my mom's intestines.
I've lost track of all the different sports I've practised when I was younger, but main activities last 16 years have been snowboarding (alot!), skateboarding, paintballing, rock climbing and MTB riding.
Just got more serious about surfing and scubadiving as well.
I still grab any challenge, so just give me a chance to try a new sport and I'll step it up.
The last 3 or so years, I've enjoyed using my mathskills and other secret skills to earn money in another fun way!
Poker is the hardest way to make an easy living; and even though I've done really good I've had to start playing less to have time to do all the other stuff I wanna do.
Still...
Me and my team-mates in GPT are not at the table to gamble, we're there to take your money.
So if you sit down with one of us and you're not lucky, then you'll go home broke.
I also like to party and shake my big fat booty on the dancefloor if the girls are steaming hot! (Haven't made any money on dancing yet, so maybe I suck and should quit?)
When I'm back visiting my parents in Alta I like to hunt for Rudolf the Reindeer with my potatogun.
Alfred E. Nauman and MacGyver.
MacGyver for President!
Sure do love music! Has lots and lots of different music on my cZen, and listen to whatever matches the mood I'm in, or want to be in...
Bah... Don't even bother to start writing a list with all of them. I like most of the really good movies everybody with a decent taste has on their list, and then I love some films you've never heard of and probably never will.
Watch Mythbusters every day! Bangla Bangers is also priceless... Watch lots of other TV-series too, but either on DVD og cZen.And yeah, if you haven't noticed. South Park is just getting better and better every season!
I read lots of books about Cinematograpy and technical literature that relates to my work, but besides that I rather watch some good movies than to read a book. And of course I've read quite a few filmscripts lately.
Teletubbies, Bob Sagget, and lots of boarders/guys who work in the filmbiz that I really do admire, but don't bother to mention right now.
