Monuments To Ruins

Under the guise of progress.. the rise of deceit

About Me

We started about 8 years ago. We toured on a handful of the primate freedom tour dates in '99 with oi polloi and harum scarum. Later the same year we did an east coast tour of our own. Neil from tribal war put out or 7" record in 2000. In 2003 our band split up because we all felt the need to move on and get out of Florida. Before we split and went out seperate ways we recorded one last time. Catchphraze was kind enough to put it out for us even though we arent together anymore and cant promote the record or tour. So this is my feeble attempt to promote our record to the best of my abilities. This band meant so much to me and i want people to hear our last few drops of blood sweat and tears. A little dramatic??? haha maybe. but i think its worth giving a listen to so check it out ..Where we all are now---- Russell moved to Seattle but now is back in Tampa, he is looking to form a band out that way. If you live out in those parts you should hit him up. He is an awesome musician! Cormac moved to Japan and is in a band out there called Tone Deaf! Check them out! Brutal stuff!!! And i (Regina) moved to Pittsburgh. I am now in a band called "blood vessels to wires" check us out as well!!! It's fun stuff! There is talk of doing a discography of all the recordings we have ever done. All the comp tracks.. even a track unheard and unreleased before!! Possibly even our demo. We shall see what happens...This profile was edited with Thomas' myspace editor™ V2.5
