I would also love, and want to make it my goal, to have my boyfriend let me fix up his 55 Sunbeam Convertible so I can start an East Coast Chapter of Hell's Belle's car club!.. width="425" height="350" ..

I'd like to meet:

People who intrigue me...People who don't put their income on their myspace page...and people who don't name drop, I HATE that.

Music:

Give me anything and I'll try it once! But my favorites areDean Martin, Nat King Cole, Ours, Rev. Horton Heat, Dragpipe (hehe), Coretez, The Used, Bad Religion, Circle Jerks, 70/80s punk, 70s/80 rock and hair bands, Mest (Can't leave those boys out), Ima Robot, Juliette and the Licks, Morningwood, Beastie Boys, Rob Zombie (for so many reasons other then music), MY NEW FAVORITE: LORENZO JOVANOTTI (heard his music in Rome and couldn't get it out of my head!)I could go on for days, but I'll leave it at this for now.

Movies:

As I said before, anything Tim Burton (minus Batman and Planet of the Apes). Auntie Mame with Roseland Russell is my absolute favorite...Most 80 teen movies (Molly Ringwald era), Goonies, Fast Times, etc.

Television:

I love brittish TV. Ab Fab, Vicker of Dibley, Keeping up Appearences, etc. Then you've got your HBO faves, The Sopranos (The MAD TV spoof of the Sopranos) and Sex and the City. My sappy favs, Wedding Story and Perfect Proposal on TLC. Anything with cars and motorcycle especially classics, I Love Lucy and of course The Twilight Zone...I'm sure I'm forgetting something... ..

Books:

I don't think I could list all of my favorite books...but I'll start with these:Caramba! Tales of the City series (Armstead Maupin) Anything and Everything by Roald Dahl Everything by Jacqueline Susan (best known for Valley of the Dolls) The Auntie Mame series(Yes there were books too!) The Secret Life of the Lonely Doll-The Search for Dare Wright The Sisters-The Saga of the Mitford Sisters

Heroes:

I know it's cheesy, but my mom and dad are my heros. My dad struggled as a child/teen. He stayed back twice in high school and although he had a loving family he had a hard time growing up. He worked very hard, graduated from high school and college (paying for it himself), married my mom, raised myself and my sister giving us a wonderful and loving life and worked his way all the way up to Vice President of National Sales for one of the biggest music distributors in the United States. All the while remaining one of the sweetest and funniest people I know. I'm very proud of him, I don't think he realizes how much I love and appreciate everything he's done for me.My mom got married to my dad when she was 23, had me and my sister, stayed at home and raised us. I remember every aspect of my childhood and I wouldn't change any of it. My mom taught me so much. I realize it more and more each day of my adult life. When we were a little older she became a ESL tutor (English as a Second Languge), worked weekends at a local homeless shelter, and eventually went back to college where she got a degree in early childhood development. She worked in a pre-school while she was in school and was able to pay for her own education independant of my father's income. She has continued to teach, even after my father's retirement, and is also a breast cancer survivor. I love her more then I could ever say, and I appreciate her more every day.I'm a better person becuase of who they are and how they influenced my life.
