I treaded the line between sanity and psychotic and watched it dissolve under my feet.Hello there, if that first line didn’t scare you off welcome. My name is Casey, but you will probably never see it as my name on here or any other site other than facebook, in which you’re supposed to use your real name. Most other sites where they show a name it will usually be crr1217, which is both my yahoo and AIM also. If you want to talk you can reach me there and as long as you’re not a total creep I’ll probably talk to you. Now a little about me. I’m a senior attending Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. My area of focus is Creative writing, and I’m planning on going on to grad school to specialize in Fiction. I plan on getting published one day and teaching. That’s plan as of right now anyway. I’m active in two RSOs here on campus: the Student Alumni Council and Saluki Rainbow Network. Last year I was an officer or chair in both of them, but this year I’m only on the executive board of SRN. As well as RSOs and classes I work at the GLBT Resource Center as one of the two student workers. When I’m not at school I’m in Moline where I work at Jewel-Osco.Most people don’t believe this about me but I’m actually a really shy and introverted person. When I get to know a person there’s really nothing that I won’t tell them about myself, well I’ll tell basically anyone anything they want to know about me if they ask. I’m problem is that I don’t like to make the first move, and I don’t really like to talk on the phone much either. Another thing about me is that I procrastinate about everything. I’m trying to get into the habit of blogging more often.
