I'm Floating Along
So about what I've done, and what I do. When I graduated highschool I went to community college for visual merchandising arts, but I decided that wasn't for me (very silly decision because merchandisers make 100K a year on average). It wasn't cerebral enough for me. After dropping out of that program I floated for 6 months. Then I went to school for dental assisting. After I completed that, I found this vocation to be too redundant and oppressive.
So this being said I went about my wild ways, and floated along, yet again.
After a few years of thinking and contemplating I figured the only thing for me to do was go to university. So I took my general courses. The only courses that really interested me were art history, music, and French.
In order to be in the music program I had to audition and also be very good at a musical instrument. I can play the piano, but I don't like to practise, too many digits and limbs moving at the same time (too confusing for the party brain). I also play the licorice stick, but that would require me having to get the cats off my legs, and stop meowing while I practised for 7 hours a day.
In order to be in the French program I would have to continue to go part time taking only 1 french course for the next 2 years before I could begin going full time and be fully immersed in the French program.
So I decided that art history was the way to go. The lecture halls were never brightly lit (great for those mornings when I was hung over), and I could have the entertainment of a slide show (unfortunately the university didn't offer a foreign film program) movies would have been even cooler. I also took the French courses as my electives.
I was in my last year, and last semester, and I was thinking, well what do I want to do when I am done here. Law school maybe, but poli sci 101 put me to sleep, and it takes a very special person to stay awake while reading about cases and bills. Not to mention 4 more years of school, uh no! Then I thought about going to New York City to apply for the Sotheby's appraisal training. That would mean leaving my boyfriend indefinitely was not something I wanted to do since I loved him. Now I'm kicking myself because he's working in Montreal indefinitely, and no longer my boyfriend, but still my friend.
So I applied to teachers' college. It's only a year. When I'm done I'll have the summers off, all statutory holidays off, 2 weeks at Christmas, and I'll have a week off in March. I would be able to express myself, and maintain my independence and autonomous nature. I thought this is the perfect profession for the party girl. Today, as I write this I am an elementary substitute teacher.
I am ... an only child.
I have this belief that women should be hot, sexy, independent, and strong with a lot of femininity. I'm all of these. I'm an incredible attention whore, I love to be the centre of attention. In fact I have to be the centre of attention. I'll do anything to be the centre of attention. So you can imagine the personality, finesse, and confidence that I must have in order to be that attention whore.
As the heading clearly states, I'm an only child. So friends are very important to me. Although, I'm selective about who I call my friends. If I connect with someone, we'll be friends for life. Don't try to steal my spotlight, because to be very honest I will turn mine on even brighter than you can even imagine. Don't even think about trying to control me, I'm very wild, and extremely uncontrollable. I'm a lot of fun at the same time. As an aside boys. I'm also the girl you can take home to mom and she'll love me.

I rescued Siesta, the tabby cat from a life of neglect and starvation. She's also an attention whore, and the dom, just like her mistress.
Vincent, He's a platinum burmese, and the sub of the household. Just as it should be with all male species. It's such a cat's life.
One other thing. I have this car. It's a black 2000 1.8L Turbo Beetle. It's the car with attitude. I love funkengrüven in it to the heavy beat of rock and metal.
