Impact is an inclusive community of young adult mental health consumers (ages 18-35):
-Supporting ourselves through building community.
-Empowering each other through peer mentoring towards self-sufficiency.
-Enriching the larger community by reducing stigma and allowing our voices to be heard.
We are based in San Diego but we would love having you as an online supporter even if you can't make it to one of our events!
