Also, Metal Skool rule! Realised how long i had The Da Vinci Code here...it didn't really take months for me to read it - took me about a day. It sucked. Anyway... A Million Little Pieces by James Frey, Join Me and Yes Man by Danny Wallace, all novels by Chuck Palahniuk, American Psycho and Glamorama by Bret Easton Ellis, Trainspotting, Filth, Porno, Glue, Marabou Stork Nightmares and The Acid House (haven't read the others) by Irvine Welsh, Naked Lunch by William S. Burroughs, Atomised by Michel Houellebecq, White Noise (nothing to do with the film) by Don DeLillo, A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, 1984 by George Orwell, Papillon by Henri Charriere, White Teeth by Zadie Smith, The Beach and The Tesseract by Alex Garland, To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S. Thompson and tons more. i like contemporary fiction, mordernism and post-mordernism...also throw in a few early 20th century horror stories - Edgar Allan Poe and the like. I HATE realism... bore off!!
