I like movies, reading, comedies, a good meal at a great restaurant. I love good conversation. I like spending time with my kids at the waterpark, swimming, and soaking up the sun. I love amusement parks and thrill rides exhilerate me. I'm still a kid at heart.
New and old friends. It would be nice being in touch with the real world again. :-)

I love music of all sorts. I was a heavy metal chick (AC/DC and Ozzy!!) in the 80's but loved Prince as well. LOL My tastes in music today is much the same. I can listen to country or R&B/Rap. I like pop or alternative rock as well. I will give most any music a try. Never been much on classical though and I don't see that changing soon.
I love romantic comedies, stand up comedians, comedies, thrillers, suspense and some action flicks. I am a true movie buff. I like movies based on true stories. I'm not much on movies with a lot of gore in them. My favorite stand ups include Ron White, Blue Collar Comedy Tour, Eddie Murphy Delirious and Raw. Favorite romance by far is The Notebook, and Legends of the Fall. Action flick favorites include Stone Cold and Fast & Furious.
Don't watch much of the tube at all. The news depresses me. If I want to know the weather, well I just walk outside! :-) The last I watched was about midway through the last American Idol, and then I quit watching that as well. TV just doesn't do it for me, but I will sit in front of the boob tube if the dvd player has something good in it.
I like romance novels by Nicholas Sparks, thriller or suspense novels are readable, and I used to be a big Dean Koontz fan, even though as of late I haven't read much of him. I really enjoy reading true crime books. They intrigue me. I have always wondered what makes criminals tick, and why they do what they do. Currently reading the new Nicholas Sparks, Dear John.
My hero is/was my husband. Because he resqued me from the hell that was my life. I will always think of him as a wonderful man who made many positive changes in my life.
