literature (fantastic especially), comics, illustrations and art of any kind (as long as I enjoy viewing it), vampires, mangas, super-heroes, pin-ups, eighteenth and nineteenth century, movies, asian ball-jointed dolls, art nouveau, everything creative, artistic, elegant, wrestling (who said it's all paradoxical , ;))... many things in fact, but basically those ones. And I love animals and nature, all that is beautiful and not 'man-made'.
Well, friends, readers, artists, pin-ups, soulful and honest people who are not ashamed or afraid to stay true to what they are and to others, probably people I admire, and i'm also here for networking... basically I joined MySpace because my pin-up friends were here and recently some of my writers and readers friends joined so :)
Otherwise there's not much to say about me : I'm a nice friendly person, naivety and patience are both my best assets and my worst flaws. I am a reliable friend, I will bear many things for a very long time, but once my legendary patience wears thin, I estrange myself from whoever pushed it too far.Do NOT waste your time with me if you're only here for dating, cybering or any dirty stuff : I'm NOT interested.
Same thing if you have a profile that says nothing about you ! (apart from the first person in my list, but hey, I know him in person ^_^) Thank you in advance for understanding this.
and yes, if you request an add from me and I accept it, you can (you must ! ;)) thank me for the add (as I will thank people who positively answer my requests) ! I'd appreciate it :)
The Doors (Morrison era), the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Elvis Presley, Lou Reed, INXS (Hutchence era), Sly Stone, Iggy Pop, The Stray Cats, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, I have a weakness for Janis Joplin as well, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Led Zeppelin, Otis Redding, on the whole too many bands, musicians and artists to list, most from the 50s-80s era but also Mozart, Bach, Wagner...
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Fight Club, American Psycho, Les Grandes vacances, Hibernatus, Dracula (Lugosi's and Lee's + Coppola's), Ed Wood, Reservoir Dogs, The Lord of the Rings, Wild at heart, Willard, Easy Rider, HWY An American Pastoral, Enter the Dragon, The Prestige, Back to the Future, Oscar (with Louis de Funes even though I saw Stallone's version ^_^), basically anything with Louis De Funes, anything with Terence Hill and Bud Spencer, anything with Jim Carrey and anything with Ben Stiller, Me myself and Irene, Dumb and Dumber, Living in Oblivion, Meet the Fockers, Madame Satan, the first Scream, a few horror movies too, Maniac (hehehe did you notice that the guy in that movie also starred in Rocky I & II ? ^_^)... Borat... so many films in general that i can't even list them all... Damn ! I had forgotten my ultimate favorite movie 'My name is Nobody' !!! and most Spaghetti Westerns (I think Lee Van Cleef would have made a fabulous Count Dracula)! I also forgot to list a great one : The Big Lebowski.
Everybody hates Chris, Seinfeld, Sex and the City, The Persuaders, Stupid Invaders (Les Zinzins de l'Espace), Oggy et les cafards, Ulysse 31, Goldorak, Il était une fois l'homme (that was a cartoon from when I was a kid), Happy Days, Married w/ children, Alf, Lost, Captain Harlock, 24, The Shield, The Benny Hill Show, The Muppet Show, That 70's Show, Kaamelott (a French series), CSI (anywhere), Will & Grace, Prison Break, Off Centre (what a fantastic series that was), Heroes, Day Break, anything WWE (especially if it has Matt Hardy and Shawn Michaels in it but I do dig most wrestlers and divas big time), Dexter, Californication... feel like I forget a few but there's a lot to list here again
many, many books (including... no... especially mines ;))Some of the writers I am into : Bram Stoker, Charles Bukowski, Colette, Oscar Wilde, Jean Lorrain, Alexandre Dumas (père), Le Fanu, Théophile Gautier, Maupassant, Léa Silhol, Bret Easton Ellis, Stephen King, Jim Morrison, some books by Viggo Mortensen, and too many books by too many writers on too many of my bookshelves
mmm... Jim Morrison, Wolverine, Dracula (apart from everyday life heroes from my real life i mean :) Mom, Dad, Eric, my grandmoms and grandpops - late or living, my late mouse and my wonderful dog ^_^, my friends), Christopher Reeve ...and I have to say I admire anyone who is able to stay kind, generous and nice to others, loyal, helpful and full of hope, in this world of bastards...
