My Interests

The machine pictured is the Rev Hyper X. It's one of my six exercise inventions. The Rev Hyper X works your ENTIRE posterior: Your upper back, middle back, lower back, GLUTES, and hamstrings. Most of the emphasis is on your glutes and lower back. It also works your abs and entire core. It adjusts for people from 4'11 to 6'7, and it's constructed to hold well over 300lbs. There are three versions: Residential, Commercial aerobic, and Commercial gym floor. GOLD'S GYM in Spokane, WA. (Northside location) is now holding Rev Hyper X aerobic classes. If you want to host a Rev Hyper X aerobic class, or reshape your butt , strengthen your core, and build up muscles in your entire back....this is the machine and class for you! Check out RevHyperX.com I will be taking orders soon. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact me at SavXavier@aol.com or leave a message on here! Life long Health and Fitness to you all!

I'd like to meet:

Never mind who I'd LIKE to meet, it's inconsequential. My life's journey and its perpetual lessons bring about me a veritable cornucopia of personalities, each of them in turn bringing a new lesson to learn. If I pay constant attention, I learn something new every day.
Illusions. Do you know how elephants are trained? A young elephant is tied by the foot to a rope which is attached to a stake in the ground. After it tries unsuccessfully to dislodge the stake, the elephant accepts that it must stay within the circumference put there by the rope to which it is tethered. The animal gives up its efforts to move out of this circle. Now here is an amazing fact: As the elephant grows larger and stronger, it becomes quite capable of uprooting the stake. But because it has long since accepted that it is impossible to free itself, it doesn't even try to escape. The elephant is bound not by a physical object, but by an illusion. It is limited not by an outside source, but by a memory. Insubstantial as it is, that ONE thought is sufficient to keep a magnificent mammoth animal captive. Illusions.
Fear is like an invisible rope attached to a mental stake that entraps us in a little circle of apparent yet meaningless security. While acts that proceed from fear appear to keep us safe, there is one major error in fear's "reasoning." The ego, in its insane drive for security (which it never truly accepts) overlooks the fact that the wall we have erected to keep the world from hurting us also keeps us imprisoned. Due to fear, you can numb yourself to pain for "protection." But in doing so you cut yourself off from happiness
