I'm a professional musician, so my main interest is my passion for music! I like all sorts of music, except for rap and reggae. My next favorite interest would have to be the theater. I'm a big movie buff! I like all kinds of movies, especially movies that have sword fights in them. Another interest of mine is sports- I'm a big San Antonio Spurs fan, but I don't have any posters, hats, or anything extreme. I like the Spurs not just because they're a great basketball team, but because many of the players both current and past have strong, Christian values. They work together as one unit, almost like a brotherhood.

Music:
As I said earlier, Music is a passion of mine. I was brought up around all kinds of music. Almost my entire family tree is musically-inclined. My mother teaches private piano and voice lessons back home. My dad and mom sing in their church choir. My brother is a youth minister and he plays guitar and sings. My grandparents, aunts, uncles, all sing in their church choir. I have a cousin who plays the clarinet at North Texas University.
As for myself, I am a singer in my church choir as well, but I am also a songwriter, a former DJ at a christian radio station, and a wedding singer! I recently got invited to go perform with my church choir at the White House in Washington D.C.
My favorite music to listen to is Christian-Rock, Alternative, Contemporary, Country, Jazz, and Pop. However, I am also into classical, jazz, 80's music, and swing. Occasionally, I'll listen to bands like Coldplay, Dave Matthews Band, and U2, but only if it's good music, which most of the time it is.
Movies:
I am secretly a fan of JAMES BOND movies. I have several in my movie collection. My favorite kind of movies are ones that involve sword fights-Gladiator, Braveheart, Pirates of the Carribean, Zorro, The Three Musketeers, etc. I also enjoy the classics-Chariots of Fire, Gone with the Wind, Dances with Wolves, and Young Frankenstein, The Madness of King George, Dr. Strangelove, and The Natural. I also enjoys 80's movies like The Breakfast Club, Say Anything, Back to the Future Collection, Indiana Jones Collection, etc.
I'm also a hopeless romantic, so I enjoy a good romantic comedy every once in a while. My favorite right now is HITCH. Will Smith is a great actor.
Television:
I am a big fan of SMALLVILLE. I have all 4 Seasons on DVD, and I'm taping Season 5. I also like to watch all sports except for golf and Nascar racing. It just gets boring after a while. I have nothing against either sport, it's just my opinion. I like reality TV shows like The Apprentice, Amazing Race, and Survivor. I like comedies like Friends, Seinfeld, and Frasier. Even though the shows have been canceled and are only re-runs I still enjoy good humor! I also like the new shows like Prison Break and LOST.
Books:
My favorite book to read, "The Life Manual," is the Bible!! Other books I like are any inspirational or devotional books like "My Utmost for His Highest" by Oswald Chambers. I like books by Tommy Tenney-"The God Chasers," and other Christian authors as well. I've read most of the Chronicles of Narnia and I am anxious to see how the first movie comes out! I like C.S. Lewis.
Heroes:
My biggest hero would have to be my dad! Even though we haven't always seen eye to eye on certain things, he has always been there to help me out of tough situations! He has many pearls of wisdom and if I ever have a question about something, I can always go to him for advice. My dad does have his flaws, so he's not perfect, but he's the earthly father that God gave me and I love him!
