About Me

Get a scroller sign at http://www.crazyprofile.com.com! I have been writing since I can remember. Growing up, I was always writing something. I created many a little magazine, wrote piles of poems, began several books, stories and was always an avid letter writer. However, despite my strong proclivity to write, my youthful dream was to be an actress. I majored in Drama for a while and did some theatre, but I knew that I was much better suited to be a writer. Of course, many who know me well will maintain I AM an actress, but it's not the career I sought out. :-)
I went through a lot of ups and downs with my writing. I went through long periods where I couldn't write. Being truly introspective and then being honest with myself helped me to figure out how to write a novel from beginning to end. I have two completed novels. CROOKED MOON is now available in trade paperback and in the e-book version via Amazon.com or my web site. My second novel, SQUALOR, NEW MEXICO, will likely be released in print at the end of 2008., and in the e-version (Amazon Kindle edition) within the next few months. I am currently working on a third novel, and have many other projects in the works. I also have a play, which I wrote many years ago, BARRIE HILL REUNION, which some day I might just novelize. I keep notebooks with all of my ideas. It freaks me out to go anywhere without something to write with and something to write on!
I have a very eclectic group of wonderful friends. Each and every one of them is very important to me; each person has his/her unique gifts to share and I never take any of them for granted.
