General
- I'm born & raised in the Netherlands
-I'm 1/8 Indonesian, 7/8 Chinese (how interesting.. my looks indeed correspond to some Indo-Chin mixture)
- I'm bilingually raised; Dutch & Cantonese (Chin)
- I study a combination of Law & Economics
- I've always thought about emigrating after graduation..
- ...but I keep changing my mind about where-to: U.S., Norway/Sweden/Denmark, France, Macau, Australia (maybe I should try them all haha)
Likes
- I love reading books but somehow never have time to do so :(
- I believe that there's nothing greater than meeting new people & new places
- I go to sleep at 12 pm and wake up at 7 am... it's my biological rhythm, can't help it...
- I need to have breakfast - no seriously, I won't function properly without it
- I can be really passionate about sth and when I am, I tend to make totally irrational decisions
- I'm totally clueless about everything
- I always prefer having a 'cancel insurance' whenever I make important decisions (but they're usually not available)
- I think that Chinese/Indonesian food is the best in the world :)
- I'm a very impatient person
- I think I can be labelled 'ambitious', or at least in academic terms
- I really love studying in an international environment with students who come from every corner around the world!
Dislikes
- Standing still; I always need to set personal goals and keep on learning new things
- ppl who keep whining about the same thing over and over again
ppl who smoke / use drugs (--> yes my country allows the use of drugs) in public places
- ppl who get jealous really quickly - esp. in relationships!
- ppl who think that the whole world revolves around him/her
- a person who 'voluntarily' do things for other people [that they never asked for in the first place!] and then complain if their efforts do not get appreciated enough according to his/her own standards.
- ppl who are really really picky about small money matters
- ppl who add me on MySpace just to spam!!
My nerdy side ---
- I like BMW and Audi cars (dont like Mercedes though)
- I feel annoyed when I'm using a computer that doesn't run Mac OS
- I can't stand emotional movies.. I always cry!
- I like working with html/PHP codes (guess I really am a nerd, haha)
- I feel naked when I'm not wearing my watch
- I'm definitely a perfectionist
- I'm also a electronic-gadget freak
- When Im REALLY bored I sometimes visit the MySpace of total strangers
