(Drums) Marcello (Animal) I have been playing the drums since I was 13yrs old and loved playing to all types of music from old country music to hard rock and every thing in between. Saw the Muppets on TV and just knew I had to call myself the Animal been my fav drummer since. Over the decades I have played in various bands and played at various venues in southend-on-sea in Essex. My first experience of live performance was at the zero 6 in the 70s which was a musician’s work shop. I was in a band called the Youth from there I have gone from strength to strength. I took some time out to get married and raise a fine family now they are all grown up. The Animal is back……. With a strong rock band, presenting….CHINAWHITE now the Animal is unleashed ……. Drums….. I play a 7 piece cherry red Premier Carmarthen rock kit with a full set of zildjin pro’s I use boom stands for all my cymbals for ease and comfort. On stage and for rehearsals I use the cheapest sticks abt as im always breaking them. But for recordings and studio work I use Vic Firth rock and jazz hickory sticks, Brushes I use a set of premier…. Hobbies and interests I love music next biggest is my fishing love to get away from it all. And I shoot regularly. Also im into the craft spiritualism and healing. MUSIC Love rock, rock ‘n’ roll jazz, just about everything. Don’t like all this gangster music(Lead/Rhythm Guitars) Eamonn Shaun Fitzgerald (FITZ) I First started playing the guitar at about the age of seven while living in Germany, first gig shortly followed at the local Catholic Church and thereafter every Sunday I think that’s where the music bug really bit me although my mum said I never stopped singing as a young kid. On my return to England played with lots of school bands and can’t remember not having a guitar round me most of the time, as I recall I was a bit of a hand full at school and was excused history and sports to pursue my guitar playing in the music block. First serious School band would have been High Society at the age of about fifteen we came forth best local rock band in that years Friars Aylesbury battle of the bands with about 33 bands entering, did a year with the Rustics which involved some major gigs biggest I think was a CND demo 25,000 plus with some studio work that same year. 60s Sounds was my function band period weddings parties & clubs (dude you know how it is) The Clap a mad punk band, and some serious recording & touring with Buckinghamshire based rock band Backstreet now rocking it up with Essex rock outfit China White.

(Vocals) Stoz Before i joined chinawhite i joined my first band at uni,called confused blues.we were a 12 piece blues band playing covers from the comitments, Blues Brothers,Muddy Waters and improved blues jams, all the way over to Cream,Jimi Hendrixand led zeplin. We toured around wales and played gigs to crowds of over 600 people.Some friends and i created a rock band on the side, writing songs and performing covers of bands such as black sabbath, iron maiden, pantera and many more. Since uni, i joined a rock band in essex for a short period, as they had gig comitments that needed to be honoured. But now im part of the great rock band Chinawhite. I have a real passion for classic rock and metal music and my favorite band is Black Sabath. i love all the stuff through the Ozzy years,Dio years and finally the albums they did with Ian Gillian as singer. I am a great admirer of power vocals and my influences are vocalists such as Dio,Gillian,Dickinson and some modern vocalists. And finally coz all the rest of the band has put what equiptment they use: I use a Shure Beta 58a mike.
(Bass Guitar/Vocals) Eddie Bann, my love for music started from the age of seven when I was living in Kuwait. I joined the school band as an accordion player and everything took off from then. At fifteen I bought my first acoustic guitar and began to teach myself to play, listening to various artists and their techniques. At high school I joined various bands as an electric guitar player playing Arabic and English music appearing on TV periodically. My school work took second place to my music at that time I’m afraid to say. Coming to England I started working for a company which fortunately had a 10 piece band made up from employees, playing music through the ages to entertain delegates visiting the company on courses. My main instrument now is the Bass guitar which I also play in Chinawhite. I have been with the band since the summer of 2007 playing rock music which is cool expanding my musical repertoire.
