An Atlanta, GA native living in Los Angeles, marketing and business development is his life. Terance Thatch is a Wireless Entertainment Executive, Producer, Manager, and Marketer.
The AH! HA! MOMENT
While living in Hawaii and serving in the US Air Force, he was bit by the promotion bug. Terance worked as a radio producer at KQMQ/KUHL radio and started a successful promotion company in 1996 to bring urban talent to the Hawaiian Islands. Through the promotion company, he was able to work behind the scenes on Mariah Carey's "Butterfly Tour", with comedians Shang Forbes, Reggie McFadden, Joe Torry, music acts 112, Faith Evans, Kci and JoJo, and Outkast amonng others.
In 2000, Terance landed in Houston, TX redesigning and launching Continental Airline's award winning website, Onepass.com. In 2001, he joined a European based online wireless company leading the project management function for all of North America where he forecasted, planned, and devised implementation strategies for the rollout of wireless application services for Coca-Cola, North America in Nashville, TN, Philadelphia, PA, and Jacksonville, FL but in mid 2001 while attendung Morris Brown College at night the entertainment itch started to rear it's head again and it was a marketing project quenched his thirst. Somehow a marketing plan he did for a school project ended up at Hidden Beach Recordings and pushed him over the top. The marketing plan lead to Terance joining the Hidden Beach Recording's infamous college internship Program. Due dillengence, hard work, and natural ability to marketing and promote lead to Terance spearheaded the May '02 "You Have Reached Mike Phillips" album release party for Hidden Beach followed by the July '02 album release of Darius Rucker's (Lead singer of Hootie & the Blowfish) solo album, "Back To Then", and the December '02 sophomore release of "Hidden Beach Presents: Unwrapped, Volume 2." Unfortunately, after 9/11 the downturn in the economy took it's tool on the technology sector but always thinking a head, Terance had a plan.
CHANGE CLOTHES......THE MUSIC MAN
At the urging of music industry executives and a good friend at Sony Music, Terance headed to pursued a career in the entertainment industry head on. Within two weeks of hitting the ground, he landed a position working the desk of industry veteran Steve McKeever. Working for Hidden Beach Recordings proved to be a turning point in his career in entertainment. At Hidden Beach Recordings, he assumed co-internship coordinator responsibilities under Monica Young assisting in the development of a national street team and online grassroots marketing initiatives for Hidden Beach. "Hidden Beach Recordings was the catalyst and perfect training ground to get my entertainment career of the ground quotes Terance Thatch. He filled A&R and marketing positions working with Jill Scott, BeBe Winans, Mike Phillips, Kindred the Family Soul, The Hidden Beach Presents: Unwrapped series, Keite Young, Jeff Bradshaw, Darius Rucker (Hootie), and Lina at Hidden Beach Recording. His three of greatest joys are his A&R and marketing credits on Hidden Beach Recording Presents: Unwrapped, Volume 3, Jill Scott's platinum selling album Beautifully Human; Words & Sounds, Volume 2, and Kindred the Family Soul's "In This Life Together.
ENTERTAINMENT MEETS TECHNOLOGY
Always looking for a challenge and to grow, a little well known wireless entertainment company that was making noise in the mobile space came knocking and in 2005 and he accepted their offer to join them as a Wireless Entertainment Producer. Mobile entertainment is HOT!! Terance has designed and launched some of the most successful wireless propositions across Europe with 02 UK, Vodafone Hungary, Vox Mobile Luxembourg, Orange Netherlands, Swisscom, Telephonica Spain, Bouygues France Telecom, Vodafone Greece, and KPN Netherlands. In 2007, he rose up the ranks, serving as Director of Print Marketing, Mobile where he drives key partnerships with mobile carriers, publishers, media companies, entertainment entities, and developers to source content to use across the mobile space. Creating mobile advertising/marketing plans, designing and launching mobile web sites, and mobilizing brands is what he does.

Gearing up for the future. 2008 is on it's way to being a great year. In conjunction with a successful career as a Digital and Wireless Entertainment Executive, Terance has launched The Thatch Group, a strategic management and marketing agency working with Actor/Director/Singer Michael DeLorenzo, comedian Shang Forbes, and rising gospel singer Jason Carter. He was also appointed to the advisory board of the Urban Assembly School of the Performing Arts in Harlem, New York.
