When & Where Lady Borgia Will Be Performing:X-Sanguin VI, Comic-com afterparty 7/28/07Canes in Mission Beach, CA, opening for Richard Cheese, 7/27/07

My Interests

Vespas, Burlesque, Silk Stockings & garter belts, Bellydance, old cars, fixing scooters & old cars, corsets, vinyl (clothing), sewing (I make lots of costumes), DIY, Mod Podge, knitting, crafty stuff, dancing in general, 1920's French Postcards, 1920's era, 1950's pin-up's, comic-con, vampires & witches, camping & hiking, reading a lot, fire dancing, wine, learning to cook well, being good to others while staying true to myself, being good to mother nature (recycle, it's not that hard, and quit throwing your shit on the side of the street), tending to my plants & creating my back patio oasis, rollerskating, bartending, HALLOWEEN, I veiw everyday as halloween since I have a love affair with many fashions including pin-up, 1920's, goth, fetish, industrial/cyber, comfy yoga clothes, Parka's & boots, kilts, etc..., I have a small fetish for peacocks, I also like, candles, graveyards, the smell of fall, ummmm, the list could go on, I'll spare you for now. If you think of anything else, ask me about it! Oh, one more very important thing, being a great Auntie, even if it is long distance, I love my family.

Music:

rockabilly, psychobilly, classic rock, folk, bluegrass, dance, etherial, triphop, tragic goth, industrial. I love accorians, wash boards, bucket drums, didgerido, steel guitar, and all kinds of odd instruments. My favorite bands are Devotchka and Asylum Street Spankers. Also, Souxsie is amazing and inspiring.

Television:

I have one. It's sitting on the floor in the living room, not plugged in. If you get me in front of one, don't bother to try to carry on a coversation, which is why mine is unplugged. I was raised watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Star Trek, M*A*S*H, and Cheers. My childhood crushes were from the last three, mostly Star Trek (Captn Kirk - always smooth with the ladies, Captn Picard - something about the bald head, Warf - can't explain that one, Wesley Crusher - your average geeky kid). Unlike most people my age I can't make witty refrences to every music video that came out in the 80's-90's, when we finally had cable (that one year) I was allowed to watch Disney and Andy Griffeth re-runs. Now, if I do catch some TV time it's all about Discovery channel, fix-it/rebuild it shows, and CSI/Law & Order stuff.
