About Me

i'm a native New Yorker who has lived in the Boston area since '98. while not busy clowning and carousing, i'm generally collecting things, reading, in school, painting, watching and critiqueing movies, mixing drinks, writing record reviews or getting sucked into geek music websites. i'm a big media person, never quite getting my fill of music, movies, news, etc. art and information in my opinion are basically the same thing, and i have a general love of aesthetics. reference amazes me. i think my brain is often a store of all kinds of bizarre and disconnected ideas- i tend to liken it to one of those 1950s computers that emits punchcards and takes up an entire floor of a building.i'm a pretty liberal person (from a punk rock upbringing), fascinated by things other people take so seriously, like drugs and religion but far too cynical to really get involved with either. loyalty is something i take seriously- i think people ought to be consistent, well decent people anyhow. i should be writing and mixing music a lot more these days.as much as i enjoy being a fuckaround, i'm a pretty basic person with a very wide range. talking some harmless but imaginative shit is one of the best things in the world. ever worked in the music business and want to vent? i just might be your man. fuck i miss CBGB. DFFD. fuck the ex-president, my man is the Funky President. JAMES BROWN RIP.
