Thoughtful Insomniac

My persona is a paradox. I enjoy being with people, close friends, and especially family. Than again, content being alone away from world being absorbed in my own thoughts. Hence many of my friends know of my insomniac moments, driven by an enormous amount of unusual thoughts that cover many subject areas. Boredom is a communicable disease, as is depression; these just have a way of bringing down the moment of happiness others may be experiencing much like a virus. Can be friendly and outgoing, but oddly enough also detached and reserved. Fascinated with the people of the world, I find traveling to be enlightening and a truly enjoyable adventure. In contrast enjoying the comforts of home is just as relaxing, my little place of solitude. Einstein was once asked why preferred loneliness? He simply stated, “It keeps me away from the thoughts and prejudices of the people.” In a way, I can relate to his thought process. But I’m no Einstein. Arguing is one of the greatest forms of intellectual exercise, not because I feel deeply about the subject matter, but because it is thought provoking. The unusual in people, places, etc, is one of the things in life that is truly interesting. I find that people are all unique in their own way and the way they perceive things or situations just invites my curiosity. Enjoy life and accept others for who they are, you never know, you might find yourself being curious.Grant others what I consider and inalienable right: Freedom to be unique.Special Note: To all my good and old friends since I'm still going to school I won't be checking my profile much, as I'm sure many of you have already noticed. I will keep in touch to see what everyone has been up too from time to time. I got to be on the move.....
