Interests include, but are not limited to: Live theatre, live music, shopping sprees, dinner at swank restaurants, cooking, reality TV, web surfing, AIMing... and yes, as of late, I can honestly say: excersizing.
I believe that approaching relationships/dating with fear and excess reservation is unecessary and a waste of potentially positive energy. Expect me to randomly let you know that I'm thinking about you and regularly let you know how I feel about you. When I'm in a relationship, I assume that I'm with a person who is there to support me and to be supported by me; therefore, I'm going be supoortive and loving from the start. If this is too much for you, or you get nervous around stuff like this, just say so and get it out of the way. I cherish everyone I keep company with and if you can't be cherished, I don't want to get used to cherishing you. Honestly, I believe that I'm the kind of guy that you get to meet only a few times in your life. Why? Because I strive to be that for the person I'm going to spend my life with, and I hope I can set an example for all the fools in this world whose interpersonal relationship skils are stuck in elementary school.I have spent the first part of my adult life having serious doubts about the idea that I will meet someone who is both able to understand me and able to love me. If I'm going to be with someone, I need them to have personal goals and morals somewhat similar to my own, and equally as important, to want me as much as I want them. Life isn't much more than the oppurtunity to live in a surreal dream that is actually the reality to which you are aspiring. If you can't allow yourself to feel butterflies with relative freedom, you're not ready for me or for what I am looking.Let go of the fear, let go of the pretention, and take a chance.
C'mon, I'm a musician. Do you really want to get me on my soapbox?
24, American Idol, The Amazing Race, The Golden Girls, Will and Grace, Designing Women. Wow, it's hard to actually see that written and realize how pathetic some of those are. LOL
The only author I have read cover to cover: Ralph Waldo Emerson. Recreational reading sounds like a contradiction to me most of the time.
So, this question gives me permission to be cheezy, right? Cuz, I have to say; my parents. I couldn't ask for two people who could be more supportive, loving, encouraging, compassionate, motivating, and patient. They are the best!
