Doug Kreitzer

Doug Kreitzer is a crazy fool and writes songs from his life experience as a crazy fool. He falls way too hard in love and then he can't shut his big mouth about it. He acts as if the world is coming to an end so he can't just chill out and let things be, and work themselves out naturally. He usually tries way too hard, when life is actually easy, and takes things way too seriously, when they should be light and breezy. He is learning. He's got the best friends money can buy, but money didn't buy them. He's got a great family spread from D.C. to San Fran, with a cousin in Japan. He hopes to find a booking agent so he can tour and hang out with all of them on the way. Right now he's working in Cincinnati, driving a truck, making deliveries for Tri-State Foliage and working on his new cd in his spare time. On long truck rides he likes to sing to improve his vocals, and likes to dream of having a quiet country home with a wife and kids. He thinks that life is trippy enough without drugs and the universe blows his mind. He likes to play soccer when he can. He has more assists than goals and needs to learn how to score. He finally believes that Jesus is real and that his promises will come to pass. Though he has sadly suffered delusions of grandeur, and though he talks about himself too much by writing his own auto-biography in the third person, Douglas is one lucky guy.
