About Me

Tom Callahan & Associates is a full service music consulting firm. TCA has thrived in a rapidly evolving music environment, developing the infrastructure and team to meet new and unique challenges that artists, labels, managers and producers face in developing their product.I moved to California from Boston as a musician in 1982. A few years later I entered the executive side of the music business, working in Senior Management positions for record labels Enigma, IRS & Virgin, from 1985-1992. In '92 I started an Independent Promotion & Management company. I was also co-founder and President of both Coyote Records from 1992-1995 & Vellum Entertainment from 1999-2005. In 2001 Vellum was nominated as Adult Contemporary Label of the Year by R&R Magazine and in 2004 nominated as "Adult Top 40 label of the year" by New Music Weekly Magazine. Closed label in 2005 to start artist development company. I continue to operate my consulting (artist development)/management company and am always interested in great new music and focused inspired artists. WEBSITE: www.tomcallahan.com .. ..
