Tony Luca, cantor, compositor, letrista, diga-se de passagem pernabucano, radicado no Rio de Janeiro e com orgulho, brasileiro.Influenciado pelas mais diversas tendências musicais, literárias e ideológica de seus mitos, resolveu dedica-se a adolescência à musica, seguindo os passos de seus mestres, Joe Cocker a Bonovox de Renato Russo a Lenine, entre outros.Sendo assim a versatilidade fazem parte do seu estilo, sendo atuais a qualquer época. Partindo desse princípio decidiu lançar o seu primeiro álbum solo, denominado "TEMPO", onde se identifica plenamente com os hinos literários da juventude, ora expressos em metáforas românticas,ora buscando liberta-se da agonia, que tanto sufoca os jovens.Essas canções geralmente podem sofrer mutações, indo do Baião ao hip Hop, do samba ao Rock nRoll, sendo a Brasilidade caractéristica marcante do seu estilo.
