Music....a day without music....is like a day without Oxygen. I LOVE concerts...there's nothing like live music! Music, reading (especially to my son), learning new things, talking about nothing at all, being goofy, laughing, cuddling, teaching my son something new, taking pictures, being creative, hugging, baking/cooking, trying a new food/beverage, going to the bar for food and drink with co-workers on Thursdays after work (40 hours in 4 days), reconnecting with long lost people, etc, etc, etc.... pretty much anything under the sun I'm willing to try at least once.
People who are amused by childish games like this one:Oh ya, don't forget about Robin Williams and Jim Carrey....I love to laugh, and those guys can do it at the drop of a hat...I LOVE IMPROV!
I was brought up on Blues, Bluegrass and Oldies, but I mainly enjoy Rock... also Metal, Classical (the orchestral type), melodic hardcore, punk, fucked up shit, funk, some R&B, some rap, etc etc etc. I respect all genres, not all artists.
The Shawshank Redemption, O Brother Where Art Thou?, Animal House, The Blues Brothers, The Blues Brothers 2000, Saw Trilogy, Blade, Braveheart, Bruce Almighty, The Lord Of The Rings (the whole Trilogy), Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, the Harry Potter series, House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects, A Nightmare On Elm St (the whole series), American Pie (all 3), Old School, Wedding Crashers, House of D, ANYTHING with Robin Williams, Tom Hanks, Johnny Depp, or Jim Carrey in them, documentaries, historical, some romantic.....I like a WIDE variety of movies....let's just say that.
PBS biotch!
Currently: East Of Eden by John Steinbeck. Also: Random cookbooks, the latest issue of MAD Magazine, and whatever I feel like reading.I don't read as much I would like to, due to work and entertaining my kiddo who is currently sleeping.
Even though he's only 5 (almost 6) years old...my son...having a child is the longest, most expensive trip you will ever experience, but worth every second and every penny invested.
