Who Is Alvina?
Alvina originally started out with a different group of people, (who will not be named) - who played for about a year after which the drummer and bassist left because of general differences.
This left the original member Rob.
Then in 2004, Rob enrolled Richard Bladon to play drums, which soon followed by Nick Waterton on Bass, completing the band as it is today. After a few very shit gigs, Alvina spent six or so months perfecting their sound and writing some new material. After playing a few more gigs which went well, Alvina went to the studio and recorded two of their new songs Emotional Wounds and End of an Era. Alvina now boast a r..sum.. of songs, a top mixture of their own songs & a few awesome covers thrown in.
2006 saw a great number of gigs, and in 2007 - well - watch this space! With a very exciting schedule involving new songs, gigs coming out of our ears, acoustic sets, recordings (studio & home studio), 2007 is sure to be an awesome year.

Well it's that time of the year again. At the end of this month AlvinA are recording their New EP "A MANIC IN ALL OF US". There will be four new tracks, one of which has never been heard before.
