Doubleffe

Hello, my is Flavio Fellica aka Doubleffe. I was born in Naples in 1989 and then moved with to Liverpool in 2004. I used to listen, and still do, to any kind of music, from rock to raggea. I had my first "contact" with house music when I was 12 years old, thanks to a DJ named Erick Morillo. I will never forget the day when I heard him playing for the first time in Naples with Angels Of Love; I remained amazed by his music, his suond, his technique and from that day house music and the art of DJing became my passions. I then began to listen and take inspiration from all international DJs and no starting from Little Louie Vega up to Francois K, growing ever more my musical culture. When I was 15 years old, my parents bought me my first consolle, two turntables and a mixer with 2 channels, and so I begun practicing every day to improve my skills, also playing in various private parties. Following that, I began playing in various clubs in Naples and the area around as the former Madison Street, now called the Golden Gate. I don't really like being caterorized as a DJ how plays a certain "type" of music. I like the idea of being a DJ that can play different "types" of music, from house to minimal going through progressive, techno, dub, tribal and much more, always trying to be as unique and as "different" as possible.
