I am but a simple taoist on my stroll through life. I don't believe in stress or anger. Because, what is the point? Worrying about my bills being late isn't going to get me the money any faster. So, I choose to stroll like I am walking in the park, all day long, every day, and let things happen the way they are going to happen. Because they will happen that way, no matter how I feel about it at the time. Progress, my freinds. Progress...

My Interests

I am interestd in the arts. I live my life with the same passion that you can see in the paintings of brilliant artists. I am imaginative and I like expressing myself through arts.

I'd like to meet:

The Vinegar Tasters" is an allegorical image representing Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism (Daoism), and generally favourable to Taoism and critical of the other two. Reportedly, the original "Vinegar Tasters" was painted a long time ago, and has been copied many times. It depicts three men dipping their fingers in a vat of vinegar and tasting it; one man reacts with a sour expression, one reacts with a bitter expression, and one reacts with a happy expression. The three men are depictions of K'ung Fu-tse (Confucius), Buddha, and Lao-tse (Lao Tzu, Laozi), and represent the three traditions of China -- Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. Each man's expression represents the predominant attitude of the religion: Confucianism saw life as sour, in need of rules to correct the degeneration of people; Buddism saw life as bitter, dominated by pain and suffering; and Taoism saw life as fundamentally good in its natural state. I listen to everything excpet the thing that require very little, or no, talent. These things include the following: Country, rap, R&B, pop, etc.

My favorite band right now? Definately Big Bad Voodoo Daddies. Swing my brothas!!

Movies:

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS IS THE BEST MOVIE EVER!!!!

Other than that, i am not too big of a movie buff. Anything remotely engaging is fine with me.

Television:

My favorite TV show is definately Family Guy

Now I know that it is nothing but mindless, cheap humor. But I like mindless, cheap, humor. It's my kind of humor. HA!

Heroes:

Winne the Pooh...He is the only western taoist, and , well, i dont speak chinese, or it would be Lao Tzu, the founder of the taoist way of life.
