Running has been part of my life since early childhood. My madness has always kept me in great shape and feeling great after I finished my long distance run.Helping people who have been oppressed. Go fishing once in a while, go to the club with my buddies. Basketball is not one of those God given gifts in my life so I stay away from it. The great Nelson Mandela says in his autobiographical book titled Long Walk to Freedom, "I have always believe that exercise is not only a key to physical health but to peace of mind...Exercise dissipates tension and tension is the enemy of serenity." I love outdoor activities, certain types of women, eating my own cooked meal and etc... If you want to know more about me get to know me. I learned early in life that to know a person it takes a life time of studying.
