i went to brazil on january 22nd to train with Carlos Gracie Jr himself. i spend 4 weeks at Barra da Tijuca to improve my ground game and i trained in mma too and twice a day 6 days a week just like in a training camp. i learned tuns of things in Brazil and damn that was fun. i won my last fight by Ko at the bell center, the venue was full and peoples down there was crazy, i had so much fun. i can't wait to fight there again.http://www.sportsnet.ca/mma/2008/03/11/ufc83_goulet/i wish one day i will be an actor.2007 been a busy year for me, i did 8 fights with only 2 loss. i did great in winning my last UFC fight on december 8. because of that win and my new manager i sign a new contract with the BIGGEST mma organisation in the world as the UFC. i sign a 4 fights deal with them and i'll try to be busy as i'm used to be but this time only with those guys who've been so good with me.i'm telling you, 2008 is going to be my year.

I love almost everything, it's depending on the context. when i train i listen alternative song, when i practice my foot step on the dance floor in a night club i love to listen hip hop and R&B music.French Group like, Suburbs, Les cowboys Fringuand and many mores. Movies:
When i'm going to the theater i like to watch movies with tons of actions and special effects. If i'm alone at home i'm going to watch the action one too but i can also watch other kind like comedy, horror and drama but on my couch i prefer to laugh.i love to laugh but i like to watch ..ary movies and this one what else to say except we have to do something before it's going to be to late.
Regardez ce site j'en ai pissé partout, les créateurs sont incroyable.The transformers mark my life when i was a kid and i just went to the theater to watch that damn great movie. Wow all the special effects, the actions, the cars and the girl in that movie are so great.

books??? what is that. i'm sorry the computer and the video games are in first position for me.damn somebody stole my PSP. i was playing with mine so many times. i was able to surf on the web, play video games, listen music, watch movies and look my pictures. after my last flight i had no choice to buy another one. i flew during 5 hours without TV and batteries in my cell phone. that was my worst flight ever. So my PSP is really useful.two of my friends own their business. i really like them. thanks for your smiles and congrats for your upcoming baby
