I am a former US ARMY Infantryman,I did my training at Ft.Benning,GA(Home of the Infantry!!) as well as Airborne School.I was in the R.I.P. program but was unable to complete it due to some untimely knee injuries. I was then sent to Ft.Drum,New York,home of the 10th Mountain Division.This is where I found out what "cold" really was. Several -35 below winters and only two warm months out of the year.It is here that I became acclimated to extreme cold weather and learned how to use the mind to block out most physical pain.In 2004 I ended my military enlistment in order to enroll in Mortuary Science at Cypress College and due to some unfortunate turn of events,I am still there but I hope to complete if this December.Hockey is my absolute favorite sport,I have been a fan since 1991,when I got my first glimpse of it.I regularly attend games and I catch tons of televised games.The Colorado Avalanche are my favorite team but I have mutual respect for all teams and players because hockey is such a brutal sport and the athletes have no egos and are non arrogant.MMA is also at the top of my list.These guys are modern day gladiators with rigorous and disciplined training regimes.When ever an MMA show comes to the LA area,im there. I have met several fighters and they are all cool and very unselfish,always taking time for a picture or sing an autograph.Soccer and Lacrosse are also favs of mine. I played soccer for 3 seasons and fared pretty well at defense and surprisingly at goalie a few times.
Death Metal and Black Metal have been the front runners of my music scene.The music is mainly underground and for a good reason...the general populous is just not ready and honestly too sensitive to cope with this scene.It is not for the weak!Terror EBM,Harsh Industrial,Aggrotech and Hellektro are also not for the weak,for some bands are influenced by the aforementioned death/black metal.Some of the bands that I regularly listen to are listed..you have been warned.
On my free time I garden,bake,cook,make candles and just hang out with the critters. Whenever a concert,fight and/or hockey game come to town..i'm there.I read from time to time,mainly about serial killers,ghosts,cryptozoology,herpetology and ancient history.I watch Jeopardy! every day,it keeps the mind sharp and avoids it from being stagnant.
