I am a journalist for Kerrang 105.2 radio station in the West Midlands, UK
For the last 2 and a half years I have been working on the Ugly Phil Breakfast show - reading the news!
But now .. after 2 and a half years of moaning, letter writing, petitioning - they have finally decided to let me off for good behaviour -- and am moving onto a daytime shift! Hurrah indeed!
I know I am incredibly lucky - as I get to interview loads of the great bands when they come through town or at some of the UK's festivals.
For the past few years I have been to Download, V, Reading/Leeds and T in the Park (which is without doubt the MOST drunked but chilled out festival ever!)
It also means I have had the pleasure of meeting some absolutely lovely bands including ...

No. I don't expect you to feel sorry for me. But if it's any consolation - I kinda feel like I earned it! ;-)
Hi -- right, new resolution for 2007. I am losing track of friends on myspace as I am "friends" with so many people I don't know. So, from now on - feel free to request an add, but it's unlikely I'll accept it any more unless I like your band or I know you! Try sending a message first ... lets get back to the being "real" friends instead.
