How a 36-Year-Old Ex Scuba-Instructor From Germany "Retired" From His Six-Figure Income Day-Job and Went Full-Time From Home in 60 DAYS After He Discovered the SECRETS TO MAKING MONEY ONLINE!

Hi, I am Mark Tetzner, the creator of
www.globalwithus.com

Hi! And welcome to my MySpace page! I’m Mark Tetzner, I’m 36 years of age and a self-confessed MySpace and social networking addict! There’s just something about online networking…the people you meet online, the sharing of common interests. Nothing beats it. Thanks to the internet and great sites like this one, I’ve come into contact with so many people and hopefully by the time you’ve read my hello letter, you’ll add me to your friend list. Before you do that though, I need to answer the obvious question:
Who is Mark Tetzner?
I’m not famous or well known or anything like that. I’m just your every day kind of guy. But I do have an exciting life. I’m originally from Germany and now my home is in beautiful Mexico! It’s been that way for the last five years, and judging by the great beaches, the fantastic weather and lifestyle, I think we’ll be here for quite a few more years... :)
‘We’ refers to myself, my girlfriend Tina and our cats – quite frankly, we couldn’t live without them!
;)
But back to the topic. My girlfriend and I are originally from Germany and we moved here five years ago. Leaving Germany in 2000 was a huge move, but the right one – as you are about to find out.
The big lead up
I’m not exaggerating when I describe 2000 as my year for massive change.
In the lead up to that life-changing year though, I was doing quite a lot. I was enrolled at the University of Hamburg studying Political Science, Law and Chinese. Then I decided to leave Germany and moved to Nanjing, China where I lived for a year and a half in 1996.
At this time, I just wasn’t satisfied with where I was going in my life. I was just cruising through life – drifting, but not convinced that I was actually going anywhere.
And I felt like that for quite awhile until…
…My year of massive change
It had been many years since I had actually taken the time to take a vacation. Life just got so busy with study and jobs...
So I decided to take action and booked my flights and accommodation. I was off to Thailand for three great weeks of sun, surf and sand.
Or so I thought.
Once I got to Thailand, I really started to assess my life. My mind started to ask questions and the answers all pointed to one thing: leaving Germany.
I had to make a choice. Leave Germany and have a fulfilling, happy life OR stay in Germany and accept mediocrity and keep drifting.
It was such a daunting prospect.
So instead of just enjoying the vacation, my mind was occupied by the question: shall I stay in Germany or leave?
I felt so overwhelmed and was convinced I was close to having a total mental melt down. I'm serious.
I sat and thought carefully for three hours – and then I decided to make... a choice.
Change - a mental move/the dark night of the soul...
For those of you who have seen the movie “The Secret” , you will know of Bob Proctor.
Bob Proctor is a well-known speaker and success story, and he wrote an interesting e-book about decision-making.
He actually calls decisions ‘mental moves’.
And after reading the e-book myself, I know now that my vacation in Thailand led me to make a mental move.
All it took was three hours of careful thinking when I realized that... my mind had moved...
In my mind, I had left Germany. Forever.

It was as though there was no turning back. I’d reached the point of no return.
Almost everybody in my life had something to say about it – and it was all against me making such a dramatic move.
But I knew that in order to be happy I had to create some sort of change....
To just stay within my comfort zone – Germany – I would just be doing more of the same, and hence making more of the same my own reality.
Bottom line: for things to change, I had to take action to make the changes.
For success – which to me is happiness and contentment in my own life – to happen, I needed to take action.
And take action I did...
Don't be fooled to believe it was easy and it certainly didn’t happen without a lot of pain. Taking the first step was the hardest, but once I took it, things just developed enormous momentum....
After my mental move, I decided to become a scuba instructor in Thailand . It was a really great move for me because I already had my PADI-course and was passionate about scuba diving.
I started scuba instructing in Thailand and worked in a number of countries until I met my girlfriend, Tina in Fuerte Ventura – the Canary Islands.
From there, things got really exotic because we moved to Mexico!
In Mexico, I had my scuba diving and Tina had the sun. Things were....just getting better and better.
Life was really beginning to become exactly what I wanted. The sort of thing I had hoped to create for myself when I was in Thailand.
But just when I thought things couldn’t get any better…
…They did...
It was only half a year into our new life in Mexico that a friendly Brit called Mark told me all about ‘the’ place.
It all sounded so interesting, so I asked him to tell me all about it.
The place was a resort not far from Playa del Carmen (near Cancun) where you could make incredible money if you were good – by selling vacation ownership.
Can you believe it?? I still can't.
Now as exciting as the prospect of making great money sounded to me, I stumbled a bit.

That’s because I had never, in my life, sold a thing! Nothing, Zilch and NADA!
What Mark told me about that day sounded amazing. I even considered it “too good to be true”, but something prompted me to check it out.
I mean, I had nothing to lose by doing it, right?
Curiosity killed the cat for sure! And for me, it actually changed my life...
I decided to check out ‘the’ place for myself and was blown away by what I saw. The resort was enormous. The sales-floor had the size of 3 tennis-courts. It was unreal. 'The' place was one of the most astonishing places I had ever seen - with marble floors and Hummers in the drive way. There was about 80 salesreps working there for ONE single resort. They wore designer clothing and expensive jewelry.
It was absolutely.....intimidating....:)
So this was where the money was made. This was where “Room-Boys” with radios would run around, bringing sales material to the reps when they would just raise their hands.
I was absolutely intrigued by the way money was being made, but I felt totally out of place. I had blisters on my feet because it had been years since I’d worn business shoes!
And I had long hair.
To say that I felt like Tarzan in New York would have been an understatement. To describe it as a culture shock would have been an understatement as welll.
So after deciding to make money just like these glamorous guys and girls, I had my hair cut the next day and started work.
Unfortunately I was sent home for not wearing a belt and then, just ten days later, I was fired!
It looked like my vacation sales career was over – but...
I finally knew what I wanted
Scuba instructing was fun, but this was a real challenge.
My exposure to that world of vacation sales inspired me to pursue a career in it.
It definitely wasn’t easy, as you can imagine from the first working experience. Getting fired after just ten days – it’s not exactly something I’d tell everybody about. Not back then.
In all honesty, I am the only Vacation Ownership Rep I have ever heard about who worked for three months, for three different companies, before making a single sale!
I decided to emulate the successful people who read and further their knowledge, so I got hold of a book called “The Greatest Salesman in the World” by Og Mandino. Actually, a co-worker gave it to me. Books.....yes. Books. That's it.
And it was that book that really inspired me. I made thousands of dollars just by applying what I learned in this book.
I had more heart than talent, but I still succeeded because of what I learnt and applied from the book. Just check out the video I have here with the football players in it. I mean seriously, watch it. Don't you love it?
My passion: motivational content
When you are motivated to take action, then you will amaze yourself by the success you create for yourself. Not to give you a speach, though.
For me, books, audios and DVD’s have motivated me to do better and instructed me on ways to make my ideal life happen. Over the years, I have invested greatly in myself.
One of my favorite audios is “A Challenge to Succeed” by Jim Rohn. This guy is one of the best pep talkers in the world, and his material always inspires me to keep going forward.
I was lapping up this motivational stuff, and then one day…
…It literally hit me like a freight train!
I was reading “The One Minute Millionaire” by Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen.
The book definitely had me interested, but it was page 14 of the hard-bound edition that really....kind of stuck with me for a few days....
Here’s what it said:
“For now, just be aware of the four major mountains. Make an initial ‘gut’ decision to choose one mountain…Imagine yourself in conversation five years from now. Try these words on for size:
1. I made my millions in real estate
2. I made my millions by investing in the stock market
3. I made my millions in business
4. I made my millions on the internet”

The internet!
It hit me right then that the internet just had to be the place for me personally to make money AND achieve even more freedom.
After all, the internet puts us in contact with millions of people – and it does SO easily!
At last the experiences of the mental move, the scuba instructing and the vacation selling all came together and showed me one thing.
They showed me that I could…
…Make money doing something I loved using the internet!
I hadn’t really given the internet a great deal of serious thought in terms of my income, but “The One Minute Millionaire” really opened my eyes.
Today I am still enjoying the sun and surf of Mexico, my girlfriend and I love it just as much as we did when we first arrived in 2003 – and yet things turned for the better even one more time.
If you’re at a point now where you just want to start making your dreams a reality, then you need to do something about it.
After all, no outcomes change unless you make the decision to take action.
Drop me a line and say hello! I’d love to know more about you and the life you would love to create for yourself.
And I would love to hear from you if you want to make extraordinary things happen in your life.
People who are passionate and ready to take action – those are the people I love to connect with.
If that sounds like you, please add me and drop me a line!
Best wishes for you on your journey.
Mark
