I love concerts and the energies that surround them. Some of the best concerts I've been to were
Inxs in Sudbury. Having first row and connecting with JD and the band was amazing.
U2 in Burlington. Man, that concert was pumping with everything awesome!
Madonna in NYC.....it was a dream to see her in a place where she was discovered.
La Ley in Mexico. The fandom was so powerful, it was amazing to travel to a city that loves them so much, they are such an amazing band.
Maroon 5 in Toronto 4 times last year.(Much Music, Canadian Idol, Air Canada Centre, Lee's Palace.) Toronto was so privelaged to have a big piece of them......
Rolling Stones and friends......back in 2003, what a lineup at downsview park..what an amazing massive concert!
Concerts I wish I could have been to: The Doors and Elvis Presley.
On a more spiritual side, I have been practicing yoga for over a year now and it has been an amazing addition to my life. Through this I have met great peeps and it is such a rewarding class to be part of.
I am no longer teaching, it was a fun time in my life but I am now in Management a position in the arts at The Bay, the biggest, oldest and coolest Canadian retail company ever! Been working there for over 9 years and it's been a fun ride....
Being that I am so creative, I am working on this project that I hope will be taking off soon, just a matter of time till it is fully tweaked and ready, I will share it with yall. ;)
I love movie watching and the toronto film festival is one of the most exciting times of the year for me....
I love keeping active, it im not spending time at the gym, i am cycling, roller skating/blading, nature walks, bowling, and anything involving physical activity. ;)
I'd like to meet:
I would love to meet Madonna, I have this reoccurring dream where we are hanging out and chatting it up as if we were long time friends. I always awake with an amazing feeling. lol
I'd love to meet JD cuz I missed out on that opportunity to actually get to chat with him when I got the opportunity to meet the rest of the INXS band....not giving up hope here ;)
Beto Cuevas since timing was off always....never got to meet him as i would have liked to, he seems like a great person.
Britney Spears cuz I want to tell her she is awesome. No one is perfect but I love her strength, it must be hard living a day in her shoes.
Duran Duran cuz they are such cuties and i'd love to be at a backstage party with them.
Last but not least, Elvis. He is in my opinion the most powerful musician of all. I adore everything about him!
