About Me

Danny McDade's Debut album is self produced and set to be released soon. He chose three time gold record producer Sean O' Keefe (Plain White T's, Fall Out Boy, Hawthorne Heights, and Motion City soundtrack) to engineer and mix the album. Danny has music in his blood. Danny's uncle's band was invited by the world famous entertainer, pianist, Liberace to play at his private birthday partys back in the 60â€™s at the Palmer House in front of Frank Sinatra, The rat pack, Dean martin, Elvis, frankie vallie amoung other legends.. When Danny first heard the story as a kid, a light bulb went off in his head. He said "I want to play for Liberace too," so at age 5 Danny picked up the piano, age 7 the guitar, age 8 the trombone. Unfortunately his dream never happened because by the time he was good enough, Liberace had passed away. Danny did end up opening for Grammy nominated "Plain White T's." Danny played the guitar in several successful rock bands in Chicago during his late teens and early 20's creating a lot of buzz. After living in Chicago for 22 years he decided to pursue his dream of living on the ocean, so he landed a job with Sony/BMG record label in south beach. He bought a recording studio, and after engineering sessions a light bulb went off in his head again. He remembered the story his uncle told him about Liberace. Danny has awakened his inner beast to dedicate the rest of his life to writing inspiring, heart felt songs with good vibes. Asked why Danny wrote this album he replied, "There comes a time in everyone's life when they want to pick up a guitar and pour their hearts out. My time is now."
