About me, huh? Well, I have been living in LA for the past 11 years. I moved out here from New York City, & since that time, I have opened and run a retail store devoted to contemporary fashion & pop culture memorabilia called Awesome Avenue (www.awesomeavenue.biz) as well as one of the more well known online radio stations known as Ultimate-80s (www.ultimate-80s.com). Because I'm in the radio/music industry, I am regularly asked who my favorite artists are. They include Talking Heads, Psychedelic Furs, Moby, New Order, Theivery Corporation, Devo, Sade, Paul Hardcastle, & Maxwell. I enjoy staying active by snow skiing, travelling, biking, hiking, playing tennis, running (much to the disappointment of my knees), and working out regularly. I enjoy creating and attaining new goals for myself. I have run a marathon, and I just participated in my first body building competition. Not to worry, I don't look like Schwartzeneggar - my arms don't resemble balloons :) . I also like checking out new restaurants, as well as just chilling at home. I have an English bulldog named Dr. Schwartz who is quite a character. Even though I grew up out in New Mexico, I have definitely kept that East Coast edge I developed while living in NYC for 4 years. And, while I enjoy the vast array of choices of LA's nightlife, I am not really into the whole club/bar scene.
