In my spare time, I enjoy adding the number 1 over and over again on my calculator. I just got to 347,875,937. I've only been at it for a couple days, though. I love roller coasters, phoons , hiking, caving , and traveling (the painstakingly captioned photos I took in Antarctica and Patagonia are found here ). I perform standup comedy around town. I used to be in the comedy improv troupe "Mandatory Friends" which executed its own mandatory death sentence and sent itself to that great improv gig up in the sky.
Someone who doesn't have a computer (email or IM me if that's you). Someone who isn't judgemental--I HATE people who are--they are the worst people in the world. Someone whose well at using grammer. Someone who doesn't have a profile that's hard to read because of all the crap they did to it with that confounded Thomas MySpace editor. Someone who doesn't begin every sentence with the word, "Someone." Someone unlike me, I suppose.
Actually, I'd like to meet Eliza Jane Schneider.

Hard rock, Led Zeppelin, Beatles, Pink Floyd, 80's hair metal, children's music (not that Raffi crap--the good stuff like Rosenshontz and Dennis Hysom), John Williams, my neighbor's car alarm (it's *really* catchy and you can dance to it, too), and Metal Janitors .
Empire of the Sun, Bambi, Lord of the Rings, Shawshank Redemption, Rad, Life is Beautiful, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Bruce Almighty, Star Wars (4-6), This Really Isn't a Movie I'm Just Seeing if You're Paying Attention, Forrest Gump, and Airplane!
Mr. Show, Picket Fences, Simpsons, South Park, Inside the NBA, Seinfeld, Little House on the Prairie, Bullshit, Even Stevens, Monty Python, Ben Stiller Show, Hannity and Colmes, Brian Regan and Jim Gaffigan Comedy Central specials, and that morning show where old people exercise.
I read a lot of non-fiction, mostly about science or religion. Skeptic is the best magazine in the world--for two years I wrote the "Demon Haunted Times" humor column in Skeptic. I also read other people's mail. You should see my neighbor's cable bill! I couldn't put it down! A tour de force! Exhilarating! If you read only one cable bill this year, make it my neighbor's. I hope the sequel is as riveting. I love reading brilliant stories like this gem from Max Shulman.
The guy who played the older brother on "Blossom." What a great American. He made every special episode *truly* special. And because of his enormous talent, that show NEVER jumped the shark!
