I talk a lot, and often times, think out loud. Have you ever seen a wild hamster? Where do they come from? Oh, and do they travel in packs? Caffeine is my friend, and so are my Apple lap top and six Canon cameras. I socialize too. Been around the world and found that only stupid people are breeding… Wait! Can you name that song? I make up my own songs all of which go with one dance move – the robot. I sing about things special to me, like, my yellow and gray vans. The color is fading, the laces are dirty and a handful of pebbles are embedded in the rubber soles, but it doesn't matter. The shoes remind me of my trip to Germany in 2001, watching fireworks on the roof with Jeremy, camping trips, fossil digging and other special adventures. I also take pictures of these adventures - photography is my passion. Making short films also gets me buzzing but I'm fearful of becoming the next Ed Wood. Yet, he did have a cool friend named Bela Lugosi? I have a cool friend named Jeremy. He's my husband too. Oh, and I have a little dog named Tommy Gun. Mobster movies are fun to watch. I wonder what it would be like to be a mobster's wife? Hugh Hefner is a genius, but his girlfriends, not so much. People don't think for themselves. I was raised to be a leader and student, not a follower. When it comes down to it, people are killing each other over who has the better imaginary friend. Man ruins everything. I don't belong to a political party but I vote. My favorite Futurama episode is called "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid." The Day the Earth Stood Still is my favorite movie. "I need something to make me think. Let's see... Hardy Boys... too dumb. Nancy Drew... too smart. Ah, here we are. Bonfire of the Vanities." Being insecure is my greatest weakness, but if a lion can earn some courage by following a yellow brick road, so can Beth. Yes, I talk in third person. That makes my dad laugh. Our favorite musician is Nat King Cole. I listen to Etta James, The Carpenters, Nancy Sinatra, IZ, Mighty Might Boss Tones, The Cure, The Doors and almost everything played on Live 105. If I was a disc jockey, I'd be Lizz the Fizz. I used to dislike my name, Elizabeth, until recently. There is a lot of history behind it. I'm studying history now, but I'm going to be a student for life – just can't make up my mind on what to study. If I study philosophy, I have to teach. If I study art, I have to teach. And, if I study history, I have to teach. I do not want to be a teacher, although, I would like to teach a class on elevator etiquette. I work on the ninth floor in a busy building located in Concord. I can see the airport from my window. By the time I am thirty years old, I want to be a licensed helicopter pilot. No matter what happens in life, no one can take away your life experiences. I love to travel, but I hate noisy children on airplanes. In fact, I don't like children. I'm not even sure if I want children of my own. Certain noises make people want to punch infants, or so says Dane Cook. I'd love to cook more often, but I don't have the patience. At least once a week I crave food from Asmara Ethiopian Cuisine in Oakland – such a treat. The restaurant opened in 1985, the same year I was born. I'm a Pisces. So is Billy Zane. We have the same birthday too. But I have a huge crush on Peter Stormare. He's Swedish. I'm proud to be part Italian and German, but I don't celebrate either one. Instead, I celebrate life. It's a bittersweet symphony.
