About Me

I'm presently trying to be a good example, and not a horrible warning. I strive to keep it together, and be a good person but there is always room for improvement..

I pretend to be a clothing designer. No formal education or background in textiles, but I do have a website, not to mention product. My shirts even sell...I've done several runs already! All DIY/Word of mouth, with little proper advertising. Fake it till ya make it. I'll own a Patek Philippe in no time... Till then check out my website at:
ModernAction.net
Or find my other myspace profile.

My Interests

My interests are wide and varied. From scooters to watches, music, travel, various British youth subcultures, (although my own youth has faded...) vegi food, furry critters, Hunting/Shopping for unique bargans at thrift stores and yard sales to occasionaly splurging for high end items at exclusive shops. I dress smart, work hard, play harder, try to stay sane and keep it all together!
I own a watch that belonged to the late, great John Entwistle. Long live The Ox.

I'd like to meet:

Fun people that have it together who are beautiful on the inside as well as the outside.

Music:

Rock and Roll baby - I'm into 60's Rock bands, Glam, Punk, Oi!, a little Garage and Goth too. I'm also a fan of Northern Soul, Original Reggae, and Samba.
Currently listening to Jackie Mittoo and Radio Birdman.
The Who are, always have been, and forever will be my favorite band. I love them.

Movies:

Mainly retro cult and arthouse stuff from aroud the world. Asian and English action and gangster films, Italian horror, 70s cult stuff by Warhol/Morrissey or Waters, etc. Films like Harold and Maude, Female Trouble, Trash, The Killer, BRONCO BULLFROG, The Beyond, Snatch, Sexy Beast. And I've recently been getting into 60's French New Wave cinema. Oh yeah, Quadrophenia is a great film too.

Television:

I have one, but it's just to play DVDs and videos. There is one old TV show that I am a huge fan of though.....

Books:

Ive got hundreds of books, mainly non fiction about either lite stuff like pop culture/art/music/fashion/film, or Light topics about ancient mysticism or philosophy. I do most of my reading on the internet nowadays, although I am currently switching back and forth between The Lost Keys, Morals and Dogma, and A Bridge to Light.
