After a year of messing around a bit and performing for your fun here and there, we can hereby confirm that our first LP "Livin' on the Fast Lane" is out courtesy of Red Swallow Records and Cortoz. Bomb the World formed in February 2005 in Krakow, PL when Eddie (voc, ex-Upstream), Mitts (drums, ex-Second Chance and No More Hippies) and Kaz (bass, ex-Second Chance) joined The Q (guit., ex-CF98) and Bootch (guit., Hartal). They started playing in a cold and dingy stock-room in an industrial area of the city with the aim to get back to the roots of 80’s hardcore and melodic surfin’ punk rock, mixing it with old time rock n’roll influences. Their first songs such as Old Feeling’s Gone, Chasing 5 Second Fame or Unwanted Priorities are energetic, melodic and straight-in-your-face punk rock tunes.
After 5 months of fun they finally did 10 melodic anthems with straight and honest message in it: love your friends, fuck your enemy’s wife and sister, have fun listening to hardcore punk music and live your life with no regrets (before it’s too late)!!!
Thinking of Bomb The World you must remember that whatever those guys are doing, whether playing acoustic guitar and saxophone, signing old fashionned italian love songs or playing live their punk rock tunes, they’re giving 200%.
