Prince Jesse Markowitz & The Revolution

All I know how to do is rap and fuck.

About Me

Alright, I'm finally getting around to writing this profile after a year.I'm 21, go to George Brown College in Toronto for the chef training program and play tenor saxophone. That pretty much sums it up for me. Playing music and cooking are what I'm obsessed with. I have lived here in Toronto all my life, and plan on moving to New York City within the next few years. I don't give a fuck about sports with the exception of baseball. My pet peeve is saxophone nerds who talk about saxophone gear nonstop, as well as girls who lead me on with their mind games (which lately, seems like ALL OF THEM!). I enjoy people who are obsessed with what they do as much as me. I have never done a single drug or smoked a cigarette in my life, and you will frequently hear me rant about why smokers should all be tossed in a blender. However, I do enjoy the occasional drink...ing binge. I am pro-Israel but HATE debates about the subject which always last a long time and end up nowhere. I enjoy extremely dark humour. My best friends range in age from 20 to 55. I love learning from old people. I have a sister who is in the band Dance Yourself To Death. I go to more concerts than anybody I know. My grandfather was an innovative doctor who helped with the creation of insulin, as well as many advancements in heart surgery. People seem to be impressed with the fact that I am friends with Branford Marsalis. I have around 1000 CDs and 500 records. My saxophone hero is Ben Webster. My favourite chef is Jamie Oliver. My favourite Canadian is Pierre Trudeau. Nothing irks me more than a shitty-sounding amped bass in a jazz group (which seems to be all the rage these days!). Some people hate me. Many people love me. I hate some people. I love many people. I once sat in with the Branford Marsalis Quartet at the Regattabar in Cambride, Massachusets (the club was packed!); December 30, 2003, on trumpet, the tune was "Blutain", and it was the worst public performance of my life, however the fact that I had the balls to do it makes it the proudest moment of my life. That should do it, for now!
