Be it extreme brutality, intense musicianship, or sheer musical destruction, though, and DISGRACE WITHIN has all the bases covered. Not only is the band unrelenting, but it remains intelligent as well.Formed in summer 2007 this band seems young, but with a lot of experience under the belt – since some of them being former or past members of killing, heavy like a german tank bands as
Alienacja, Squash Bowels or Iscariot.
From the very beginning they started to search for and develop their own identity and sound, still being strongly influenced with brutal and powerfull genres of Death Metal and Hardcore with all their wideness, reaching to both progressive and blackmetal styles.
Evident in the band’s name – equating to knowingly living in a sick and twisted world, but still fighting for change – DISGRACE WITHIN, employs intellect hand in hand with aural devastation, not only in the band’s vocal approach, but also in its instrumentation and outlook on its very existence.Some of the band members support straight edge, vegetarian/vegan lifestyle, altough it’s not the band course as a whole, when definitely band approach is anti-rascist/anti-fascist, trying to stay aware of political and social problems which are mirrored also in lyrics.
With finally stable lineup from fall 2007 (tough still scattered between few cities), DISGRACE WITHIN working hard on new songs which are going to be recorded in Olsztyn’s famous STUDIO X late march this year.Together with intensive search for a label, band preparing for 2008 a massive assault of shows around europe including an euro tour.Hopefully hard work during upcoming year will make name of this promising band recognized around and ‘fructify’ with an official release. Heritage of the members makes this band also a wild and powerfull bomblike live pack - so don’t miss DISGRACE WITHIN onstage or you’ll regret it forever!;))))
