Ultra Ultra Mega formed in spring of 2007 by Jeff Toepfer, Chris Platt, Matt Mancuso, & Dan Chapman. Shortly after, they created 5 songs that were recorded from May to August of 2007 at an independent recording studio in Philadelphia for their first demo called the Sunshine EP.
