red... across her wanting vacancy
red... the taste of desired trips
red... the death of pure virginity
red... the sheets and slips

queta --
[adjective]:
Tasting like strawberries
Bourbon Street
A cool misty breeze caresses sun burnt skin
the beginnings of a hot summer just aching to break out in full force
but hush, darlin', hush for now..
your time will come... will come oh so very soon
the scent of fresh rain, new growth and rebirth bombard every sense
colors, crisp and bright... as if to be cinematically enhanced
but its all real baby.. all true
life lived at full throttle, not missing a beat
home... found in an unlikely destination...
southwestern girl a lil' more southern than she'd care to admit
bluesy melodies playing through the streets
soulful rock throbbing the bar brick walls
bourbon and brandy mixing in the clash of glass against glass
this... this moment, my love... is what its all about
the breathy whispers of meaningful conversations
just barely heard over the harmonies of strings and percussion
the tenderness of skin against skin innocently, passionately exchanged
its the honesty in his voice
and the way his eyes sparkle and shimmer in the hazy light
the humor that only he could ever understand
how he moves you... how he enchants you... its almost euphoric
you got it hard baby... there's no turnin' back
who would have thought this mix would be a fix for a lost little girl
it wasn't the hot fog rising from the louisiana swamp
or the spring scent of alabama pine
it wasn't even the turning leaves in tennessee, honey
but you can keep trying to convince yourself...
darlin' there ain't nothing like the intangible harmony of two souls
the major and the minor, playing simultaneously
the alto and the soprano, singing as if to be one
the undectible mixture of vodka, rum, tequila, gin and triple sec with a spritz of cola... intoxicating
the tango, latin passion and jungle heat... sexy, enticing, exhilirating
let me set you up again, shoog... a tall glass of southern comfort in one sweet kiss.

A Fire Burns Within...
a fire burns within
nestled in the sweltering dark nether regions
secretly simmering with desire
musky and heavy like a humid summer's day
on my lips lingers the thousand caresses
of sweet kiss' embrace... sensual, soft
the dance of breath exchanged between each slip of the tongue
sexy... yeah, thats what you are
night upon night, i lay here
reminiscing over pleasures given and received
romantic interludes of honey covered nothings whispered
the avalanche of emotions that have swept over me time and time again
your touch, the magic sensation tickling every inch
my skin awakening to you as the world at dawn
tidal waves of relentless hunger crash down on me
i want to melt into you and devour you all at once
oh, how you move me...
just over twelve moons ago
did i partake of your forbidden ambrosia
and since have not reached my fill
my fantasies... my lust... my love
all fixed upon you, dearest
no substitute to satisfy the unyielding craving
i've fallen... fallen hard for you
and again, night upon sleepless night i lay
staring at the emptiness above me
wishing my hands were your own
giving into conscious daydreams of loving you over and over

Simply stated, I'm a just a kid in a grown-up's body. Though I'm already well into adulthood, I still love the simple things in life. There's nothing like hanging out with friends or loved ones. You can't beat an afternoon filled with video games, mini-adventures, and daydreaming under a bright blue sky. I love my friends and family even though most are far away and I haven't seen them in years. I enjoy my life a great deal.
I've moved around A LOT. So much so, that you could say I'm a nomadic gypsy. I've missed out on those relationships that people have when they've grown up in the same town and had the same friends since they were kids. I have no idea what that's like or what it is to have a sibling. So, I can't really relate. Sometimes I feel like I've missed out on something very special. But then one of my good friends knocks some sense to me and makes me realize that we have our own special connection that has defied time and distance.
I don't know what I want to be when I grow up but I doubt that it matters too much. I've done a lot of things so far, all of which I've enjoyed for the most part. In a small way, I've touched on or gotten a glimpse of the dreams that I wanted to realize. As small as those experiences have been, I've savoured every moment.
I'm sure there's more I could ramble on and on about but if you'd like to find out more, just message me. Conversations are much more enjoyable than monologues.

My Interests

Melody of a Lifetime

...the melody of a lifetime.
...the sound-track that denotes every aspect of mortal passion
...this musical symphony of words written and sung
played and listened to... it's you, it's me, it's all of us
and how does this connection..? this heart-wrenching melodrama come about?

who knows? but its there...
that slow melancholy voice accompanied by a blues quartet... lamenting
the screeching of guitar riffs against bass and drums... raging
harmonies in ever sweet movement.. intermingling

this discography..
with a song for every essential moment of sorrow and bliss
and all those of insanity found in between
...reminding
...reminding
...reminding
of long, lost love... the kisses, the silences, the tears, the noise
souls come and gone but ever so dear and crucial to the scheme of it all
tragedy
chaos
harmony
another good year
yesterday's loss
dreams of love reborn
tomorrow's possibilities

all of this mathematical precision en-casing the tones.. the notes..
the C major chord followed by a deafening out-of-key sharp
weaving the life threads of all existence
...until the Fates cut the twined wires of connected headphones
the onslaught of eternal silence
but until then..
play it...
sing it...
hum it...
and dance.. dance.. DANCE!
