About Me

Is there something in the water?
I grew up in Nashville.. wading knee deep in music (and shoulder deep in Johnny Cash's pool) not realizing what kind of affect that environment would have on me down the road.
I saw guys get off the bus downtown with a guitar and not much else and wonder "what kind of dream do they have that would send them here just to knock on doors?"
Now I know
I think of myself as the nonsensical drawings and scribbles of poetry you find in the margins of borrowed books.
My meaning is perfectly clear, to somebody :)
I'm drawn to serendipitous happenings and out-of-my-comfort-zone adventures;
People are most attractive and interesting to me... when they aren't really trying to be.
I love music, old stuff, manic creativity, playing pretend, hearing people laugh.... and coyotes
Where the hell is home?
I write random thoughts at a new place:

or for the older stuff:

Check out these videos by Mike Doughty and The Panderers
These guys represent hope for music
and they're good people :-)
This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? using original artwork by Marah Johnson. Go get one!
