I was sitting on "It's" beach many years ago with a pal when a young couple came up to us and, gesturing toward Monterey off in the distant horizon, asked, "Excuse me.. is that Hawaii?!" I paused but a second, looked at my friend, then back at them, "Yes. Yes, it is." It was early in my life that I realized I might be a little bit of a smart-ass.
Friends for sushi extravaganzas (which means I eat two whole rolls). Or a cruiser adventure to the Boardwalk. No spinning rides, though. People who are fun and nerdy need apply.

I've been off cable television for almost ten years. I don't watch anything, really, just to pass the time. These shows are like events for me and if you like them, well then, looks like we's got somethin' to talk about right off the bat! -- Strangers w/ Candy. Little Britain. Firefly/Serenity - I officially now like Joss Whedon.. I saw him guest star in an episode of Veronica Mars (yes, I can't believe I am saying this) and I got excited. This is what they call a "dork-badge." Oh shit, Ron and I went to the Serenity midnight showing and were waiting in line when this guy shows up all dressed up like Mal with "Kaylee" on his side quoting "epithode fifteeen, the epithooode, Shindig where Mal goeths to the dance with Kaylee and gets in a fight for her honourrr." Christ. I thought Ron was gonna turn around, right there, but he kept his cool. Oh, and by the way, we both knew exactly what that guy was talking about. So there. Veronica Mars is really good too, btw. And features Amanda Seyfried who me gusto. Season one of Charles in Charge (different family.. PM me, I'll explain it to you). Battlestar Galactica is pretty cool too. I FUCKING LOVE SMALLVILLE. If you want to talk about Smallville and you don't know me this is an ok time to PM me, I don't even care if you're cute or not! :P ..
