Likes: Cooking, drinking wine, drinking WATER, traveling, reading, the Food Network, shopping, haircuts, college sports, golfing, bagels, the Rusty Pelican, $1 chicken sandwiches from Jack in the Box, all foods that start with the letter "A" (asparagus, advocado, artichoke, alligator, ahi), hip-hop dance class (though you will rarely see me dance outside of class), 24 hour grocery stores (so I can buy cat food for my children), Peyton Manning's "laser rocket arm," and the Yankees Dislikes: Travelers who yell at the people working for the airlines, bad smells, checking my voicemail, the Raiders (even though I love Aaron Brooks), onions, iceberg lettuce, and unruly children
Albert Einstein and/or Kristin Davis. They are about equal, right???
Just give me a guy and his guitar and I will be happy...Plus, I like KROQ block party weekends, the Beastie Boys, Pete Yorn, Matt Nathanson (especially live), Howie Day, Toto (okay, I only know one song...), Elvis, old country music, and mix CD's made by friends.
Um, I normally fall asleep in the movie theaters. The following is a list movies that I have been able to stay awake for: Finding Forrester, Life is Beautiful, Swingers, and Office Space.
The McLaughlin Group, Law & Order SVU, Top Chef, Project Runway, Deal or No Deal, Gilmore Girls, and the Princess Bride when it is on TV.
Anything written by Dave Eggers (books, short stories, his grocery list) JD Salinger (there is more than just The Catcher in the Rye), E = mc^2, a Biography of the World's Most Famous Equation, The People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn, The Innovator's Dilemma, The World According to Garp, A Prayer for Owen Meany, plus The NYTimes, of course, with a bit of the Washington Post thrown in for fun. Really, I will read anything!!!
