Solid music to me needs to have groove, it's all about the people playing being on the same page and laying the beat down in the pocket like in the old days. I hate people that listen to music as background noise, you want background noise open your fucking window. There is too much shit pushed on us as "music" that actually sells because too many people don't think about just how bad it is. I am firm believer that most of the worlds problems are unavoidable and directly result of capitalism, globalization and organised religion. Can you really sit there on your computer and tell me that your relative wealth is not due to the rest of the world being impoverished? How can the third world ever 'develop' unless we 'undevelop', there's just not enough earth for everyone, we're stretched to the 9s as it is. As for organized religion?
