About Me
I have been a lover of animals my entire life and take a particularly keen passion towards dogs. I grew up with a German Shepard and several Bull Mastiffs and currently call myself mom to the most amazing Bully-Mix Mutt ever -- my six year-old Newman.I advocate rescue over all other means of acquiring a pet as a companion while I still possess an appreciation for traits of particular breeds. My advice is to research breed-specific rescues when searching for a pet.I am anti-breedism. In other words, I don't buy into the mantra that the media has created which depicts several breeds as "dangerous." Dogs aren't dangerous...people are.I believe owning a pet is a responsibility, not a luxury. It is a lifelong decision for the life of your pet, not a flighty future afterthought. If you are uncertain of committing, please contact one of many local rescue organizations in your area to foster a pet. This will free up a space at the shelter versus adding one you acquire from a "breeder" because you realize after 8 months a pet does not fit your lifestyle.I believe that in the meantime, our pets provide us with so much unconditional love and affection -- and often entertainment. On behalf of both parties, such an existence deserves to be properly documented. This is where I fit in.I offer affordable quality photography of your best friend in the environment you deem most suitable. I spend time with your pet and do my best to capture his/her natural habits and quirks so that you have proper documentation of said habits and quirks to treasure now and for all of eternity.Contact me through MySpace to set up a photographic playdate with your best mate.
