CSI Las Vegas (true nut for Grissom's approach), NCIS (Abby is too cool), Gene Simmons Family Jewels, Vegas, Star Trek, Next Generation, Dirt, The Riches, Man vs. Wild. I have enjoyed some other reality shows like Supergroup and Surreal Life.

Heroes:
Arnie "The Oak" Schwarzeneggar (did I spell that right?). He is the best example of living the American Dream, has done amazing things with his life and I truly admire someone who sets goals AND achieves them. He has always been an inspiration.
